Driving Directions to the GMS Campus
From Durham and points west:
Take I40 Eastbound to the Gorman Street Exit, turn Left under the Interstate onto Gorman. Follow directions below.
From points east:
Take I40 Westbound to the Gorman Street Exit, turn right onto Gorman. Follow directions below.
On Gorman:
Turn right at the 2nd traffic light, onto Avent Ferry.
Go through 3 traffic lights and turn right onto Western Blvd. at the 4th traffic light.
You will pass WRAL-TV on the right and Pullen Park on the left - make a left hand turn onto Ashe Avenue at the BP gas station (also on the left).
Governor Morehead School will be on the right - make a right into the 2nd driveway.
Upon entrance to the campus, Lineberry Hall will be directly in front of you. To park, make a left turn, just past the Admin Bldg. on the left, onto the service road - you may park anywhere along this road. Please sign-in at the desk just inside the main entrance to the building.
Note: If you pass Central Prison while on Western Blvd., you have gone too far. Make a U-turn, staying in the far-right lane in front of the prison - you will turn right onto the campus just before the lane ends. Make an immediate right onto the loop road -parking for Lineberry is easily accessible towards the end of this road.
